The registration desk located in the Entrance Hall and will be open during the

Registration fee includes

Delegates and Students include: Attendance to all sessions, Welcome Reception, Program & Abstract Book, Lunch, Coffee Break
The accompanying persons can attend the Welcome Reception free of charge. They are not allowed to attend any scientific sessions.

Badges and Tickets

The badge is your passport to all conference activities as well as your tickets for social programs. Be sure to wear your name badge at all the time during the conference period.

Lunch

Boxed lunch will be served for all participants in exchange with lunch tickets.

Refreshments

Coffee is available in the Entrance Hall of Yayoi Auditorium (Day 1 and Day 3) or Yasuda Auditorium (Day 2).

Internet Access

Wireless access will be available at Yayoi Auditorium during the conference period. Common use PCs will be not provided. Please use own PC.
ID and the password will be announced on the conference site.

Message Board

Any program changes or urgent announcement from the secretariat and person to person messages will be posted on the Message Board near the Registration Desk. Please check the board occasionally.

Dress Code

Dress casually for all conference activities, as well as the Gala Dinner, which does not require evening dress.

Social Programs

Welcome Reception Date: September 15 (Thu) 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Venue: Yayoi Auditorium Annex
The reception fee is included in the registration fee. Accompanying guests are also welcome to attend. A light meal and drinks will be served.
Gala Dinner Date: September 17 (Sat) 7:00pm-8:30pm
Venue: Sanjo Conference Hall
Note: Please bring your banquet ticket as your admission. Tickets for Banquet can be purchased at registration desk.
